Upgrade an existing banking or commercial space to suit its current needs. Depending on the site assessment, the agreed scope may include repairs, painting, interior finishes, washroom improvements, security doors, roller shutters and reinstatement after other installations.
How we deliver it
We discuss the changes you need and inspect the premises where required. The team then sets out the proposed scope and provides a written estimate or priced bill of quantities. Access arrangements, specifications, fees and any changes to the work are agreed before the relevant work proceeds.
